Alan B. Frankle is an attorney whose practice exclusively deals with estate planning and estate administration. Mr. Frankle’s office is located in downtown Rockville but he represents clients across Montgomery County, including Bethesda, Gaithersburg, Germantown, Potomac, Silver Spring as well as throughout the Maryland suburbs. In more than thirty years of providing estate planning services, Mr. Frankle has helped provide numerous families with the piece of mind that comes with having a well-planned estate.
Mr. Frankle is dedicated to assisting families in planning for their legacies with comprehensive estate plans provided to his clients with cost-efficiency, an understanding of all of the documents that comprise an estate plan, and with a clear focus on the goals of the clients.
Estate planning is an extremely personal matter. Considering one’s mortality is a difficult and challenging matter for each of us. For that reason, Mr. Frankle strives to make the creation of an estate plan a positive experience. Regardless of how small or how large an estate you may have, a well-crafted and detailed estate plan is a gift that assists your loved ones when you are no longer here.
In preparing your estate plan, you will work directly with a caring attorney who values the uniqueness of each client and each estate plan, and who cares about each of his clients.
Depending on a client’s circumstances, an estate plan may consist of a last will and testament and/or a trust, financial power of attorney, health care power of attorney and advance directive (living will). Not all tools are needed for any particular client—Mr. Frankle is able to use his skills to treat each client individually.
Mr. Frankle also provides compassionate and thorough representation for surviving family members when there is a death in the family. He understands the issues that arise in these unfortunate circumstances, made more difficult by the grief that his clients are suffering. Mr. Frankle is able to draw upon his many years of experience to make the probate administration process as easy as possible for the survivors so as to allow them to focus on what is most important—coping with an incredibly difficult time and working to move through this time together.
Mr. Frankle maintains a friendly and modest office where clients are made to feel comfortable. His clients know that their legal fees are not being used to provide thousands of dollars worth of furniture. It is a hallmark of Mr. Frankle’s practice that he works hard to build trust, craft solutions, and maintain relationships that help to provide peace-of-mind to his clients. He believes in being approachable, thoughtful, kind and compassionate so that clients feel good about working with him.
Mr. Frankle believes that he is similar to the clients he represents—he and his wife live in Rockville where they have raised their two children. He enjoys working with people who are like him—just regular people.
